Since our boat was still out of commission for the 24th of July, we decided to take a trip up to Jackson Hole and float the Snake River. My dad has friends up there who were planning on taking their raft on the river so they let us tag along. Lucky for us that meant we had unlimited free rides. We were able to float the river 3 times before we lost daylight. Jordan, my dad and I all took a turn sitting out to watch the kid. We ended it all with some bbq from Bubba's. It was a great time and we're glad we made the trip.
1st trip down the river.... our lack of rafting abilities caused us to flip the raft the 1st time down. The water was shockingly frigid and most of us had to ride out the remaining rapids solo while trying to hold onto ores and keeping our head above water. I'm not going to lie, I was a little scared. 
We had the Snake mastered by the 3rd time down.
