Payden 10 Months

This little one is growing so fast! She's just over 10 months now. Everyday she learns and does something new and it's so incredible to watch her experience everything. Here's what she's doing now:

*She is so animated and cracks us up with all her silly face expressions and drama.
*She loves little kids. Especially her buddies Grayden and Luke. Whenever she sees little kids she gets so excited and starts squealing and jabbering to get their attention.
*She had her first taste of brownie mix. We gave her the mixer and she knew exactly what to do with it. It was not a pretty picture when we had to finally take it away from her. She retaliated by wiping brownie mix all over her clothes.
*She is into EVERYTHING. She can walk pretty well along the walls, furniture, kitchen table, etc. She's quick and she goes for all the worst places. She loves to get into my purse and pull out everything.

*Her balance is getting better and better everyday. She stands on her own for several seconds and even takes a few steps. She loves it when we let her hold onto our hands to walk around.
*Her hair is finally getting long enough to put hair clips in it with out a headband. I am loving it.

*She is very vocal these days. She's always got something to jabber about. The words that are coming in more clear are: Hi, Dadda, Bye, Babba, Ow, and her favorite lately is NO! Whenever her daddy and I tell her No, she looks at us and yells it right back. It's cute now but I'm sure it won't be in a few months when she's really a trouble maker.

*She likes to give things back now. She will hand us her binky, my phone, her food, and trash she finds on the floor.
*She loves to look at books and have them read to her.
*She also learned how to come down the stairs by herself. This was so amazing to watch her learn. One day she crawled over to our stair case. She went up one step and then turned around to come back down. The first time she tried to just step off it and did a belly flop on the floor. With out even flinching she got up and climbed the first stair again. This time she tried going backwards and put just one foot down (testing the water) and then the other. When she got down safely, she was so pleased with herself she looked right at me with a huge grin and then climbed the stair again. She practiced over and over going up one stair and then coming down the stair backwards one foot at a time. By the next day she had it mastered and showed my mom she could go down all the stairs by herself. We still watch her closely because sometimes she gets so excited she just lets go. But we are proud of her determination!

Um, did I not just see this girl? She has grown up so much in, what, 2 weeks? Crazy! The hair and the faces are killing me. So funny. I want to see her take some steps! Luke will only stand for a few seconds if I make him, and the whole time he just freaks out and laughs and cries all at once. It's hilarious, you have to see it. Let's talk really soon!

Cute little bug!! She's made quite the impression on Kassidy. The past couple of days she has been asking about "tot-tot's" (tasha's)baby.

Natasha,

I don't know if you check your facebook, so I will send you the same message I left you. Are you in? You have to come your half the FUN!

Girls,

So I think it would be really fun to get our old Bunko group together. I was thinking some time in April. We could all go up to Eden and stay at my cabin.

It would just be some time for a little R&R. We can play games, eat treats, talk, sleep, enjoy no children running around, watch movies, and ski:)!

We could sleep over Friday and Saturday and go home Sunday. People could stay one night or two whatever floats your boat? Is there anyone who would want to go skiing/snowboarding on Saturday. Powder Mountain is 10 minutes from the cabin. I would L*O*V*E to go, come one?!?!? We don't even have to go all day, I would even be up for half a day! I know there is an athlete out there?

I know some of you have departed from Eagle Mountain and live far away. I thought I would give a shout out, you just might be in town and up for a good time. For those of you who have new little babies bring them, but I think no baby older than 12 months. If they are feeding at the trough, it's time to through them a bottle and say good bye;)!

I would love for everyone to make it, adjust your schedules and put it on the calendar. I promise your husbands can watch the kids for the weekend, it's good for them! I do need to get a definite date setup. I just wanted to get the word out. Give me your input and any ideas that you have.
